• We have provided common parts designs for over 20 properties at the Wellcome Trust owned South Kensington and Cadogan estates in West London. Many of the properties are grade I or II listed and the designs carefully balance the desires of the residents with those of the building, the building owners and the building management team. Projects include designs for entrances, receptions, and hallways at properties on Sloane Street, Pont Street, Cadogan Square and Onslow Square.
