Basildon House is a Grade II listed serviced office building in Moorgate, London. The project involved the re—design of the entrance, main reception, washrooms and common parts along with Cat A lettable office spaces. The works involved delicately restoring original architectural features such as the building’s decorative ceilings, mouldings and encaustic wall tiles. Detail design elements included the backlit timber veneer panels, reception desk, lighting and moulded washroom basins.
