These two Victorian terraced town houses located in the Canonbury area of Islington were refurbished and extended for a fund who rent the properties out to generate charity income. The brief was to create a neutral ‘gallery’ space interior ready for incoming residents.
Each house includes a modest scale ground floor extension and tiered garden design. We designed new kitchens and bathrooms for both properties which focus on clean lines and maximising space and light.
