Novae are an insurance company relocating from Lloyds of London to nearby Lombard Street. Working with Cushman and Wakefield and Overbury PLC, we worked on stage 3 and 4 design and coordination of the new head office. The graphic design of the meeting suites was based on the 17th century windows of the original Lloyd’s coffee house which stood on Lombard Street, in which dealing took place that led to the establishment of the insurance market. The project includes a complex timber glazed partitioning component that required careful coordination and resulted in high acoustic properties for the client meeting suites.
